History[]
Not much is known about Celine's early life, or how she became the insectoid metahuman known as Skitter. Red Robin found her after she had subdued the N.O.W.H.E.R.E agents sent to capture her. She attacked him, but was knocked cold by Cassie Sandsmark. She eventually formed a cocoon, and hatched as humanoid Celine, instead of insectiod Skitter.
